Stephens, Inc. is seeking a motivated Summer Accounting Intern to support the Corporate Accounting team.

This internship offers hands-on experience with journal entries, reconciliations, month- and quarter-end close, and regulatory compliance within a dynamic investment banking environment. You will gain exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and accounting software, while developing skills in GAAP, Excel, and communication.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
