Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Bozeman, MT is seeking an Accounting Intern to gain real-world training in financial management within our Business Management Training program. You will assist with basic accounting procedures, including accounts payable/receivable, financial statement prep and analysis, and supporting reports.

This 10–12 week internship starts in May, requires rising senior status, full-time enrollment, and legal work authorization in the United States.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship; 10-12 week commitment with a May start.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements & analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and other tasks.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.

The pay for this position starts at $17 / hr.

Responsibilities

Starting as an Accounting Intern, you will be exposed to basic accounting procedures and principles ranging from accounts payable and receivable systems to financial statement, preparation, and analysis. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assist in preparing financial statement & analysis
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments
• Assist accounting managers with reports, etc.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash
• Assist in accounting schedules & filing
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed
