You will compile monthly statements, perform reconciliations, manage bank activities, support inventory counts, and assist with accounts payable records. The position is in-office with standard hours and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or business with emphasis in accounting is required.
• 2+ years of financial statement compilation and general accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day, monthly and year-end accounting operations.
• Process accruals, prepaid amortization, fixed asset depreciation, and journal entries.
• Perform account analyses and reconciliations including bank, fixed assets, and accruals.
• Provide regular reports to management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Record daily cash activity and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory counts and reconcile differences.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for upper management.
• Support internal controls and proper financial reporting policies.
• Assist with accounts payable records and other duties as assigned.
