Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review financial documents and ensure accuracy.
• Answer customer questions and provide service.
• Data entry and payment processing tasks.
• File and stock vehicle deals from daily sales.
• Reconcile license plates with tax office for verification.
• Clean inventory schedules weekly.
• Complete deal jackets.
• Follow up on payoffs over 20 days and missing data.
• Learn outside used car purchases, including checks and bill of sale.
• Support audits with special projects and data cleanup.
• Monthly title reconciliation.
• Back-up receptionist and AR/depository clerk duties.
• File accounting documents daily.
• Assist Accounting Management and GM with requests.
