NC Community Colleges is seeking a full-time accounting faculty member in Kentucky to uphold high academic standards and professional service. The position requires at least 40 hours weekly devoted to direct instruction, preparation and evaluation of work, student accessibility, committee work, advising, and college/community service.

Preferred candidates hold a master’s degree in accounting or an MBA with 18 graduate hours in accounting from a regionally accredited school.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience in higher education.
• Experience with experiential learning and assessment techniques.
• Advanced communication (verbal, written, and interpersonal) skills.
• Knowledge of the ACBSP process and QM certification is desirable.
• Fluency in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Direct instruction, preparation and evaluation of instruction.
• Accessibility to students; advising and service to the college and community.
• Committee assignments; teaching schedule may include multiple college locations.
