Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen in California is seeking an Engagement Director to lead interim and project-based accounting engagements for clients across various industries, delivering high‑level financial support from controller to reporting roles. You will provide hands-on accounting leadership and design/improve monthly close, reporting, forecasting, and consolidations.

You will have the flexibility to travel and select engagements, balancing career growth with life.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ accounting experience including public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients.
• Design/improve monthly close, management and financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
