Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–5 years of supervisory experience leading a team.
• Experience with billing, AR, AP processes and related financial workflows.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX core applications and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Billing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Lead staff, set annual goals and monitor progress for professional development.
• Support budget, forecasting and SLA adherence across finance teams.
• Standardize processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Controllers for year-end audit readiness.
