Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 7–9 years of progressive accounting experience including public accounting and industry.
• 3–5 years of accounting management or leadership experience.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, ERP systems, and financial compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day general accounting operations, including the general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
• Lead monthly and fiscal year-end close activities with focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Establish and maintain effective internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes with documentation.
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve scalability.
• Lead initiatives involving automation, AI, and digital transformation.
• Coach and develop accounting professionals.
