Job summary

Ivy Tech Bloomington campus seeks a full-time Accounting faculty member to also serve as Department Chair of Accounting and the Office Administration and Technologies program. This 9-month position (Aug–May) offers a base salary of $50,000 plus a $3,500 Department Chair allowance and an Administrative day allowance.

Summer contracts (June–Aug) add to the 9-month pay. Responsibilities include overseeing the two programs, enrollment management, instructional quality, and HR coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting and Office Administration and Technologies programs.
• Manage enrollment, program administration, instructional quality, and HR for designated programs.
• Deliver instruction across all formats and provide timely feedback to students.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and grades; ensure compliance with policies.
• Engage in student retention initiatives and support college mission.
