Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and balance daily invoicing, cash, credit card, and checks.
• Process and apply customer payments, debits, and credits.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Submit intercompany billing items.
• Assist with monthly sales tax filings and general ledger work.
