About the Opportunity: A global, public technology company is seeking an Accounting Consultant – Consolidations and Intercompany to support the global consolidations process, foreign exchange, and streamline processes over the consolidations and intercompany function. This will be a hands-on position in a high-volume environment and the right consultant will be successful in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.

Duration: 6 months minimum

Compensation: $65-88/HR W2 based on experience

Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.

Scope:

• Supports monthly global consolidation process and intercompany accounting
• Analysis over foreign exchange and the effects to the financial statements
• Works across financial systems to ensure accuracy of data and change management
• Partners with cross-functional teams to drive projects and efficiencies over consolidations and working in large amounts of data
• Assists in M&A integrations and system integrations
• Applies applicable accounting standards and ensures compliance with US GAAP
• Learn quickly and work successfully in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while remaining hands-on throughout

Qualifications & Expertise:

• Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager experience in a large, public company required
• Global consolidations and intercompany experience, required
• Big 4 or Public accounting background, strongly preferred
• CPA, strongly preferred
• Strong with Excel and ERP systems (Oracle, HFM)
