A leading company in tax compliance is seeking a Tax Analyst to review federal and state tax returns, prepare calculations, and manage various tax projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in income tax, a strong analytical mindset, and a BA/BS degree in Accounting, Tax, or Finance.

Pay Range: $48.68hr - $63.67hr

• Review international tax compliance for US federal income tax return including Forms 926, 1118, 5471, 8858, 8990, 8991, 8992, 8993 and other associated tax return disclosures prepared by external firms.
• Review federal and state tax returns.
• Review state apportionment calculation.
• Prepare Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Foreign Tax Credit for tax provision and/or tax compliance.
• Prepare and/or review quarterly and annual worldwide (US + local foreign) corporate income tax provision in accordance with ASC 740.
• Prepare M-1 calculation for quarterly provision.
• Prepare or review quarterly federal and state estimated tax payments.
• Prepare FIN48 workpaper and Client calculation.
• Various ad hoc tax projects as needed.
• 2+ years of income tax experience.
