Job summary

Selective Insight, a high-growth advisory firm, is seeking a results-driven professional to advance rapid career growth in New York. You’ll work on strategic Finance projects, including FP&A, SPAC/complex transactions, AI transformation, IPO readiness, and M&A integration, with a focus on real impact rather than busy work.

Qualifications

• 2–12+ years in Big 4 Public Accounting, Big 4 Consulting, or large-firm advisory.
• Strong leadership and growth mindset with independent work ability.
• Analytical, fast-paced, client-facing problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact strategic projects for top clients.
• Drive FP&A, transformations, and ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with executives to redesign operating models.

Requirements:

• ~2–12+ years in Big 4 Public Accounting, Big 4 Consulting, or large-firm technical advisory experience
• Strong leadership qualities and a growth-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage complex deliverables
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
• Comfort with fast-paced, high-visibility client environments
• CPA or CPA progression a plus

Some flexibility exists, but this role is primarily onsite long-term, supporting clients and collaborating with team members in person.
