What You'll Be Doing

As the Accounting Consultant , you'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of their financial operations. You'll be responsible for core accounting functions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting, compliance, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Consultant

• Clean up deferred revenue (POC accounting)
• Identify and correct misclassified entries
• Clean and manipulate complex data
• Review and identify missing or incorrect data to be removed
• Maintain the general ledger, including preparation of accurate and timely journal entries
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and ensure proper depreciation tracking
• Support and enhance standard costing procedures and inventory control measures

Preferred Qualifications Of The Accounting Consultant

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an Accounting Manager or Senior Accountant role
• NetSuite System experience is strongly desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including Advanced Functions
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability
• Comfortable in a dynamic, bustling manufacturing or industrial environment
