Job summary

Avery Dennison in Mentor, Ohio is offering a part-time Accounting Co-Op for Spring 2027. You will participate in the monthly close, assist with analyses, and support NA operations while collaborating with the Accounting Team.

This role requires pursuing a BS in Accounting or Business, strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, and willingness to commit two semesters. Location is on-site in Mentor with 10–15 hours weekly, potential to extend to full time for Summer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Accounting or Business or related field required.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and financial modeling experience a plus.
• Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support business unit and accounting managers on analyses.
• Complete projects linked to Accounting Team efficiency initiatives.
• Provide accounting support for North America operations with cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist with the close process and analyses to meet reporting deadlines.
