A leading company in staffing services seeks an Accounting Clerk II to support their Financial Compliance Monitoring team. In this role, you will manage compliance reporting, analyze data, and work closely with sales representatives to ensure accurate reporting. Description:
• This position will be responsible for assisting the Financial Compliance Monitoring and US Transparency Reporting department in supporting the execution of the compliance monitoring program and the accurate reporting of data for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) for Federal Sunshine and state reporting.
• The financial analyst will assist in investigating, documenting, and reporting potential compliance observations with the sales reps for meal expenses with HCPs in Concur CTE (expense reporting system).
• This role will also assist in researching and correcting errors in the HCP and HCO data for federal and state reporting.
Qualifications
• Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient Excel skills required
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA experience preferred
• Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility
Experience Level = 3-5 Years - Open to more or less experience depending on overall skills set and experiences of the individuals.
