Nashville Toyota North is hiring a full-time Accounting Clerk in Nashville, TN. This entry-level to junior role supports the finance team with data entry, billing, and filing while gaining real-world experience at a growing dealership.

You'll work 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits including insurance, PTO, and more. Experience with CDK accounting software is a bonus.

Formación

• Must be accurate and discreet.
• Strong math skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Data entry and reconcile schedules.
• Send out bills and daily clerical filing.
• Create and maintain dealer spreadsheets.
• Process cancellations and track refunds.
• Safely deposit cash and checks at day end.
• Cover front desk shifts as needed.
• Support controller and office manager with additional tasks.
