Kendall Auto Group is seeking a General Accounting Clerk in Bend, Oregon. This temporary role offers the potential to become permanent and join a family-owned dealership network with locations across the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities include supporting the title clerk, processing DMV documents, reconciling accounts, AR activities, and handling bank paperwork with a focus on accuracy and deadlines in a retail auto environment.

Responsibilities

• Back up title clerk, assisting in calling banks and out of state DOL as needed.
• Prepare vehicle title and registration documents for DMV processing.
• Verify that funds have been collected and the correct lien holder paid off before processing title applications. Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Compile and maintain a complete list of all outstanding title work. Report to business manager on the status of any missing or problem titles and provide a current list of outstanding titles.
• Reconcile accounts and schedules as directed.
• AR processing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Process car deals and all bank paperwork. Balance debits and credits for calculations on deals. Audit deals for accuracy and ensure all data is entered into accounting system correctly. Verify information on bank documents
