Responsibilities

• Review and process accounting transactions and incoming communications through the workflow system.
• Validate accounting and non-accounting transactions for accuracy and ensure timely posting.
• Process banking transactions, journal vouchers, check requests, and other required entries.
• Compile supporting documentation and assist with account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and file documentation as needed.
• Provide backup support for other functions within the accounting department.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.
