Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

The Accounting Clerk will help support the dealership with various accounting related tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Posting vendor invoices, reconciling statements, and processing check runs
• Working closely with the parts & service departments to resolve billing discrepancies
• Processing cancellation refunds to customers and lienholders
• Ensuring that all cancellations are accurately recorded in Excel workbooks
• Communicating directly with finance departments and lienholders regarding cancellations
• Reconciling monthly product statements for multiple locations
  
  

What You’ll Need To Have For The Role

• Applicant must be diligent, resourceful, organized and extremely detail oriented
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize a schedule
• Excellent time management, critical thinking, and, follow-up skills
• Strong Communication Skills and able to work as part of a team
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook, accuracy with 10-key pad and typing skills needed
• Basic understanding of accounting principles – debits, credits, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands
• May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
  
  

Pay Range

$20.79-$25.15 Hourly
