Ed Morse Cadillac Tampa, part of Ed Morse Automotive Group, is seeking an Accounting Clerk to handle GL reconciliations, AP/AR, floorplan payoffs, and month-end close, in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires automotive accounting experience (2+ years), strong Excel/Word skills, and excellent communication; the company offers weekly pay, a 401K match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Automotive dealership experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of automotive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliations.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced office.
• Excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process daily floorplan payoffs, flooring of vehicles and floorplan reconciliations
• Assist with stocking in new vehicles and physical inventory reconciliations
• Assist with daily parts and service deposit
• Assist with month end closing

Responsibilities

• Processing various GL account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process daily floorplan payoffs, flooring of vehicles and floorplan reconciliations
• Assist with stocking in new vehicles and physical inventory reconciliations
• Assist with daily parts and service deposit
• Assist with month end closing

Qualifications
