Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and vendor payments accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and post journal entries and accounting adjustments.
• Reconcile invoices, reimbursements, vendor statements, cash receipts, and journal vouchers.
• Assist with inventory pricing, inventory accounting, and inventory audits.
• Prepare deposits and routine accounting reports.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.
• Review accounting schedules and reports with management on a regular basis.
• Utilize spreadsheets and accounting systems to support daily accounting functions.
• Provide backup support across accounting and administrative functions as needed.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

About the role
