You will help prepare student payroll entries, manage ledgers, and aid in accounts payable and deposits in a government-regulated environment. The role requires 1–2 years of accounting experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a valid driver’s license.

Perform clerical, accounting entry, and administrative duties in support of the finance and procurement as directed by management and in compliance with government regulations and corporate policies and procedures.
Effective Communication
Knowledge of accounting/finance software and/or programs
Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point and Excel
Minimum of one to two years’ accounting/finance or related experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid State Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
