Full Time Clerical 207 Bullitt Ave SE, Roanoke, VA, US
Salary Range: $18.06 To $22.58 Hourly
Performs basic, structured tasks within the accounting department while applying a high level of attention to detail and time management skills.
(65%) Process and record expenditures, balance, and post daily accounting records to general ledgers.
(25%) Prepares reconciliations of general ledger accounts as assigned. Analyzes and researches discrepancies when necessary.
(10%) Serves as backup for other accounting responsibilities as directed.
Performance Measurements:
Experience: One to three years of bookkeeping, accounting, banking, or related experience.
Education: A high school education required. Accounting or Business related college preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:Work involves contact with persons beyond immediate associates regarding routine matters for the purpose of giving or obtaining information which may require some discussion. Outside contacts take the form of service to the public (members or vendors), requiring ordinary courtesy in providing assistance and information.
