Job summary

CFS is seeking an Accounting Clerk to blend accounting work with ERP usage in a manufacturing setting, offering growth and exposure to leadership. The role emphasizes materials data, engineering change processes, and accurate data management across BOM, part masters, and routings.

You will support daily accounting activities and collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure accurate financials and inventory data while contributing to continuous improvement across ERP-driven processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• Experience with document control in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems and engineering change processes preferred.
• Ability to support General Ledger and Cost Accounting activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update bills of materials, part masters, routings, and product documentation within the ERP system
• Process engineering change requests, change orders, and change notifications
• Coordinate documentation and system updates related to new product introductions and product changes
• Manage discontinued products, inactive inventory, and material master data accuracy
• Support General Ledger and Cost Accounting functions with daily and month-end activities
