Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accountant

Requirements: QUICK BOOKS experience required

Position: Full-time, Daytime hours (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

1. Process payments according to vendor invoices in a timely manner
2. Manage A / R Collections
3. Conduct daily reconciliations
4. Process customer invoices / billing in QuickBooks
5. Perform general office duties and administrative support as requested
6. Understand basic bookkeeping and accounting principles (payables / receivables)
7. Maintain high data entry speed and accuracy
8. Utilize Excel / spreadsheets effectively

Qualifications: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, understanding of debits / credits and journal entries

Compensation: Pay TBD depending on experience
