Job summary

Charlotte Community Health Clinic is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support the finance team with clerical and financial tasks. You will handle reconciliations, prepare financial reports, and assist in processing payments in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. The role is full-time and non-exempt, reporting to the CFO, with comprehensive benefit offerings and a commitment to equal opportunity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be highly organized.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
