Interplace, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Administrative Clerk to join their team in Brea, California. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of accounting tasks, including processing invoices, managing corporate mail, and generating sales reports. Bilingual communication skills in English and Japanese are required along with a background in accounting or relevant office experience. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a range of administrative duties.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual English/Japanese (Read and Write) or Conversational Japanese is OK too.
- PC Skills: Excel is must
- Accounting background prefer or office experience (including intern ship)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties from backroom calculations to front desk Accounting/Administrative Clerk often is responsible for running sales reports, completing payment slips for invoice processing and the tracking of company fixed assets. S/he must also be detail oriented and good with numbers
· Opens and processes invoices for payment
· Opens and distributes corporate mail
· Updates and produces daily sales reports
· Compiles and sorts accounting reports
· Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts
· Records and tracks company’s fixed assets by location
· Orders and tracks the redemption prize inventory
· Orders and tracks corporate office supplies
· May reconcile credit card and bank statements
· Mails payment checks
· Runs errands (i.e. to the post office, to the CPA, etc.)
· Provides administrative support to Finance Manager and CFO
· Greet and guide a visitor(s) to a meeting room(s)
· Clean and organize meeting room after a meeting was held
· Various administrative tasks
