Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record Transactions, Reconcile Accounts, and Prepare Analysis: Follow established policies and procedures to accurately maintain the organization’s financial records.
• Initiate cash transactions to facilitate payment activity.
• Prepare and post journal entries in accordance with accounting guidance to accurately record financial transactions.
• Prepare spreadsheets and other financial reports by collecting and analyzing accounting information.
• Decision Support And Process Improvement: Evaluate existing accounting policies and procedures and recommend changes for greater efficiency and service delivery.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in other department projects as appropriate.
