The role requires a Bachelor's or military experience, 1 year in accounting, and may include CPA. Location includes McLean, Richmond, or Wilmington with a salary range of $74,200–$84,700.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or military experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in public or corporate accounting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in public, corporate accounting, audit or finance.
• 1+ year of experience with Google Office or Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations for review with management
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for review with management
• Research and resolve data issues as they arise
• Identify and drive process improvements
• Participate in challenging project initiatives with the team
• Provide business requirements for data collection and sourcing, and provide compliance efforts to outside auditors
• Perform ad hoc requests
