Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or military experience
• At least 1 year of experience in public or corporate accounting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• 2+ years of experience in public, corporate accounting, audit or finance or a combination
• 1+ year of experience with Google Office or Microsoft Office products, or a combination

Salary

• McLean, VA: $81,700 - $93,300 for Associate, Accounting
• Richmond, VA: $74,200 - $84,700 for Associate, Accounting
• Wilmington, DE: $74,200 - $84,700 for Associate, Accounting

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
