Job summary

Nongmin Consultancy Services Ltd. (HireNCS) invites applications for a paid accounting internship in Bangladesh. This fully remote work-from-home role is 2 months long, with a monthly stipend of BDT 10,000–15,000.

Fresh graduates are welcome, with no prior experience required, and high emphasis on fast communication and IFRS-based multi-currency accounting. Interns will learn hands-on bookkeeping, work with real client files, and may be considered for a permanent accounting associate position

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance completed or final year.
• No prior work experience required.
• Fast and clear communicator who responds quickly.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Zoho Books, or NetSuite.
• Access to reliable computer and high-speed internet.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Mantain accurate and well-organized financial records.
• Assist in reconciling bank accounts and payments.
• Record journal entries and update the general ledger under supervision.
• Process and verify invoices, bills, payments, and receipts.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Help set up and maintain clients’ chart of accounts.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Communicate with the team and clients via Slack, email, Zoom and Teams.
• Learn IFRS-based practices and multi-currency accounting.
• Track deadlines to ensure timely reporting and filing.
• Suggest process improvements and time-saving ideas.

• Basic Understanding Of Debits/Credits, P&L, Balance Sheet, And Cash Flow
