The role involves handling accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliations, and developing trial balances across multiple clients. The firm supports flexible hours with full-time remote and hybrid work arrangements and dress-for-your-day attire.

The salary range is $55,000–$65,000, with opportunities for growth and a strong emphasis on work-life balance and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' related experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting/bookkeeping.
• Proficient with QuickBooks (QuickBooks Certified Preferred).
• Proficient with MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to travel to and from client offices.
