Qualifications

• Two years of college with accounting or municipal finance coursework, plus two years of accounting experience.
• Equivalent training and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of data processing and accounting principles is expected.

Responsibilities

• Keep accounts payable accurate and moving, matching invoices to PO and coding bills.
• Perform monthly and annual account reconciliations and journal entries.
• Post daily cash receipts, deposits, and maintain financial records.
• Cross-train across Treasury Division duties to support continuity.
