The role is based at 233 Broadway, New York, NY 10279 with standard hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The salary offered is $65,000 with non‑negotiable terms; after successful training, telework may be considered.

Qualifications

• Accounts Payable duties and financial reporting controls.
• Difficult arithmetical computations and data quality assessments.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly/annual financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and reconcile monthly/annual financial reports.
• Perform all Accounts Payable related duties.
• Perform audit procedures to ensure controls are in place.
• Perform difficult arithmetical computations.
• Monitor and manage cash balances; recommend investments.
• Present financials and related projects to management.
• Enter journal entries into accounting software.
• Participate in annual audits and respond to audit requests.
• Assist in policy development to improve unit workflow.
• Work on ad hoc projects designated by supervisor and CFO.
