Job Description : We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Office Manager to support the accounting department at Olathe Fleet Solutions.The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office operations, and provide support to the accounting team to ensure smooth and efficient processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Organize and maintain accounting files and records
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries related to accounting
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for the accounting team
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment requests
  • Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks as needed
  • Monitor office supplies and reorder as necessary
  • Support team with other administrative tasks as required

Requirements :

  • Previous office management or administrative experience (accounting department experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (QuickBooks or similar software experience preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Business or Accounting preferred)
