Job summary

GLOVIS America Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Accounting Assistant Manager to analyze and validate revenue and costs for the Port Processing business and ensure financial results comply with Sarbanes Oxley, GAAP, and IFRS.

The role also prepares analyses and reports for executive leadership and supports month-end close, variance analysis, and KPI development. The position leads a team, collaborates cross-functionally, and participates in audits, with responsibilities including system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 6–9 years of direct experience in finance and accounting.
• Experience in logistics or port processing is preferred; CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Month-end closing, financial analysis and reporting for Port Processing.
• Perform variance analysis and support system enhancements.
• Lead and train team, ensure timely and accurate reporting to Head of Team and CFO.
• Support SOX audits and provide documentation for audits.
