The Accounting Assistant Manager oversees revenue and cost analysis for the Port Processing segment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, GAAP, and IFRS, and prepares analyses for C-suite executives. The role includes month-end close, variance analysis, and system enhancements for SAP and related systems, with oversight of P&L reporting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 6-9 years of direct finance/accounting experience required.
• 7-11 years of direct experience preferred.
• Experience in logistics preferred.
• 1 year indirect experience required; 3 years preferred.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience required; 4-7 years preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Month End Closing, financial analysis and reporting.
• Oversee Port Processing business segment for Hyundai Auto Group customers and 3rd-Party customers.
• Develop analysis templates using visualization tools for P&L analysis monthly, quarterly, and yearly and compare with prior results.
• Manage the team to ensure completion of tasks by due date and explain monthly results.
• Responsible for month-end reporting tasks and P&L for Glovis business segment to Head of Team.
• Analyze and summarize month-end results and present to Head of Team, Controller and CFO.
• Monitor current business trends and provide forecast analysis on request.
• Conduct quarterly and annual SOX audits with ICFR team and provide necessary documentation.
