Cesna Recruitment, located in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks an experienced Manufacturing Accountant to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close, deliver precise financial reporting, and support internal controls and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting with 5+ years in manufacturing accounting; CPA or Master’s is a plus. On-site position with leadership responsibilities and SAP proficiency. Bilingual skills (Korean) are a bonus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or master’s degree a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience including financial reporting, monthly close, AP, and TR; manager level may require 8+ years.
• On-site 100%.
• Ability to work independently, manage, and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Strong SAP experience and system skills.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and K-IFRS.
• Bilingual is a plus (Korean).

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monthly / Quarterly / and annual close processes, including JE’s, accruals, reconciliation.

Internal and external financial reporting while ensuring accurate and timely financial results.

Support internal control(K-sox) and external audits

Lead and develop accounting staff, including AP and TR.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA / master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing accounting experience is required, including experience with financial reporting, monthly closing, AP, and TR. (if manager at least 8+ yrs)
• 100% on site
• Ability to work independently, manage, and prioritize various responsibilities.
• Strong system skills(must have SAP experienced)
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and K-IFRS
• Bilingual is a plus(Korean)
