Position Summary

This position provides transactional and administrative support to the departments and programs in assigned department.

Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

This position provides transaction and administrative support to the Psychological and Brain Sciences and the programs associated with the department.

  • Initiates/review and upload supporting documentation for purchasing transactions.
  • Processes spend authorizations and expense reports for travel.
  • Process reimbursement requests for department members in your assigned profile.
  • Reviews and processes Procard transactions for approval.
  • Processes internal and external invoices.
  • Monitors account balances, process necessary journals and budget adjustments.
  • Maintains documentation of transaction in accordance with internal and external retention and compliance policies.
  • Provides general office support including supporting human subject payments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

$19.29 - $29.91 / Hourly

The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University.
