Qualifications

• Previous bank reconciliation experience.
• Previous administrative/clerical experience.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Observe given office hours.
• Reconcile all bank accounts for assigned properties.
• Update property checkbook totals weekly.
• Record bank transactions into accounting software.
• Stamp and code invoices for payment.
• Record credit card transactions.
• Process replacement reserve requests.
• Print all property auto utilities and save accordingly.
• File for accounting staff.
• Accurately manage checkbooks for assigned properties.
• Provide support to the managers and the management team.
• Manage all company information with confidentiality.
• Responds to emails, phone calls, and correspondence within guidelines.
• Observe all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
