Responsibilities

• Enter invoices and assist with printing weekly AP checks
• Record transactions into the general ledger and assist with month-end close
• Back-up for telephone receptionist and mail processing
• Receive money on patient and resident accounts
• Assist with patient estimates, collections, and related work queues
• Verify and prepare credit balances for refunds
• Totals, batches, and keys charge slips
