Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions.
• Approve invoices and collect documentation on invoices.
• Process and transmit financing transactions; input payments.
• Prepare reports and reconcile finance receivables GL.
• Maintain records of finance applications submitted to vendors.
• Research discrepancies; follow up on missing documents.
• Record general ledger entries in the Storis system.
• Assist monthly GL reconciliation and AP reporting.
• Reconcile AR GL and issue billing statements.
• Maintain Prepaid GL accounts and files.
• Record monthly amortization journal entries.
