Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, AP/AR preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and general office software.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and GL postings.
• Enter daily financial transactions into the system.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Support payroll and other accounting functions.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks for Corporate Help Desk.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
