Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Bilingual Korean Accounting Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to support AR and AP activities. Strong English communication and basic Korean language skills are required, with SAP or ERP experience preferred.

The role involves journal entries, invoice processing, and data entry within an ERP system. This is a contractual, on-site position with approximately three days of work at the office per week.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Background in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable.
• Experience with journal entries and invoice processing.
• Experience with manual data entry and financial data management.
• Experience working with an ERP system; SAP experience is preferred.
• Basic Korean language skills with good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Perform manual data entry and accurately maintain accounting records.
• Prepare and process journal entries.
• Enter and process invoices in the ERP system.
• Input and maintain financial data in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Review accounting information for accuracy and completeness.
• Support routine accounting and finance-related activities as required.
• Communicate effectively in English and support basic Korean-language requirements.
