Job summary

Vaco by Highspring, based in Scottsdale, AZ, seeks an Accounting and Treasury Manager to own cash management, treasury operations, tax coordination, and audit support, reporting to the CFO and senior leadership. The role drives cash visibility, strengthens controls, and supports strategic finance initiatives across an international business.

You will lead daily treasury operations, manage banking relationships, and coordinate compliance and reporting while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• 7-10 years of progressive treasury, finance, tax, or compliance experience required.
• Hands-on treasury and cash management experience, including cash forecasting, liquidity planning, and banking relationships, required.
• Big 4 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily treasury operations, cash positioning, liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
• Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, foreign exchange exposure, interest-rate risk, and treasury controls.
• Coordinate statutory compliance, regulatory filings, internal controls, audit support, and resolution of audit findings.
• Partner with external tax advisors on income tax, indirect tax, transfer pricing, tax audits, and related compliance matters.
• Prepare treasury and compliance reporting while partnering cross-functionally with finance, legal, auditors, banks, and senior management.
