Job summary

Ludicrum, a growing iGaming company, is seeking an Accounting and Reporting Analyst to deliver timely management reporting and support budgeting and forecasting across the company.

You will turn financial data from multiple sources into clear insights for management, monitor performance against plan, and help automate reporting processes while assisting day-to-day accounting with external accountants across countries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in accounting, financial reporting, or related finance role.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, able to explain insights to non-finance colleagues.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting and forecasting experience.
• Experience with ERP such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Advanced Excel and large datasets handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely financial and management reports for internalStakeholders.
• Analyze results, costs, variances, trends, and KPIs, turning them into insights for management.
• Support budgeting, forecasts, and financial plans; collect inputs from stakeholders.
• Post entries in NetSuite; perform reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and implement ways to automate repetitive finance and reporting tasks.

In a nutshell

The Accounting and Reporting Analyst is responsible for delivering accurate, timely management reporting and supports budgeting and forecasting across the company. You will turn financial data from multiple sources into clear insights for management, track performance against plan, and help improve and automate our reporting processes. You will also support day-to-day accounting activities, working with internal stakeholders and external accountants across countries.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

Reporting and analysis (core)

• Prepare accurate, timely financial and management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Analyze results, costs, variances, trends, and KPIs, and turn them into clear, actionable insights for management.

Budgeting and forecasting (core)

• Support the preparation and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Collect budget assumptions and inputs from stakeholders across the business.
• Monitor actuals against budget and forecast, and explain significant variances.

Accounting and compliance

• Process and post entries in NetSuite.
• Perform account and cost reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Apply accounting principles and make sure financial data is recorded accurately.
• Coordinate with external accountants on data and compliance requirements.

Process improvement

• Identify and implement ways to automate repetitive finance and reporting tasks.

All you need is

• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
• Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-finance colleagues.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Experience with an ERP such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Advanced Excel and experience with large or complex datasets.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet reporting deadlines.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Nice to have

• FP&A experience.
• Experience automating reporting, reconciliations, or data collection (Power Query, SQL, Python, BI tools).
• Experience with international entities and external accountants across countries.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and financial compliance.
• Knowledge of Croatian payroll regulations and payroll processing.
