The TL;DR

• Pay: $21-23 hourly

What You'll Actually Do

• Cost Reporting: Assist with preparing and analyzing cost reports for the organization.
• Financial Records: Maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Month-End Activities: Support month-end reporting activities with attention to detail.
• Internal Controls: Help develop and document internal control procedures.
• General Ledger & Reconciliations: Prepare general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Special Projects: Work on special projects that support organizational goals.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program, with preferred majors/concentrations in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, ability to work optimally with minimum supervision, and authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Bonus: Prior work experience, internship, or trade experience preferred, along with a passion and desire to work in the construction industry. A valid driver's license may be required.
