Job Description

This entry-level position is suitable for professionals with limited or no prior experience. Responsibilities include preparing deposits (entering borrower payments, scanning checks and money orders, delivering physical deposits to the bank), responding to borrower inquiries via phone and email, updating account records, generating and issuing loan payoff letters, and preparing bi-weekly productivity reports for the Senior Accountant in accordance with agency deadlines.
