The role focuses on end-to-end billing and accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, collections, and direct debits, with additional responsibilities for revenue accrual and NetSuite reconciliation.

The position requires an accounting background and/or degree, GAAP knowledge, and experience with month-/quarter-/year-end close processes.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation of billing to the NetSuite financial system and testing of system enhancements.
• Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end close including journal entries and audit documentation.
• Create and utilize automated tools for updating, analyzing and reporting financial results.

As an Accounting Analyst Senior within Tempus Technologies, subsidiary of PNC, you will be based in Auburn, IN. - Accounting background and/or degree is preferred. - This role will be responsible for end-to-end customer billing and accounts receivable activities including invoicing, cash application, collections, direct debits, billing exception monitoring, system enhancement testing, revenue accrual support, and reconciliation of billing to the NetSuite financial system.
